| Aim | After completion of the course the students will:
- Understand the main features of administrative law and how it can affect construction issues;
- Understand the background and central rulings especially contained in planning and building law and regulations;
- Be well aware of other laws and regulations connected with construction issues.

Module 2: Civil law:
- Rules, standards and other relevant tools;
- Laws and regulations controlled by other authorities;
- Personal rights and regulations
- Offer to purchase, neighbours, construction and disposal
