Course Description IMT3921 - Main Project (2003/2004)

2-year programmes: 45 ECTS credits, 3-year programmes: 90 ECTS credits

Students are expected:
- to execute a larger independent task of interdisciplinary nature
- to plan, find solutions and document them
- to comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of working in a team
- to understand the importance of making and following of plans of work
- to become accustomed to method and problem-oriented techniques with an ability to assess different alternatives

The project will have as its base a realistic engineering problem formulated in such a way that it will require the use of knowledge and skills from different fields.
