Aim | Students will gain insight into the most important legal regulations associated with copyright law and related rights. |
Content | The course will cover copyright law and related rights protecting music, film, photographies and computer programs. It will also be focused on the copyright organisations and the different contracts. A summary on juridical methods and the seeking and finding process will also be given. |
Study Methods | Lectures, Tutoring Communication will be electronic between lectures. |
Assessment | Essay (counts 40%, evaluated by lecturer) Home Exam, 24 hours (counts 60%, evaluated by lecturer and an examiner) Each part must be individually approved of. The 3rd mandatory case constitutes the essay. |

Course Requirements | Report(s) (must have been approved by lecturer) The students must solve each of three cases in a satisfactory way to be admitted to the final exam. The report from the third case will be assessed and will contribute to the overall assessment as described in the Assessment section. |
