Aim	The course will provide knowledge of aluminium in design. Focus is set on selection of surface treatment, how to avoid corrosion and how to select the right joining method
Content	Corrosion and Surface treatment: Module 1 (1 ects credits) - Corrosion Module 2 (1 ects credits) - Surface treatment Joining methods and Design caracteristics: Module 3 (2 ects credits) - Welded connections Module 4 (1 ects credits) – Bonding and other joining methods
Study Methods	Mandatory Assignments, Project Works, E-learning Supplementary teching in classrooms will be given.
Assessment	Written Exam, 3 hours (counts 50%) Project Work (counts 50%)
