Course Description SMF1021 - Organisational Management (2003/2004)

The aim of the course is to apply organizational theory to administrative and managerial problems. The students will acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes concerning the engineer as a leader, and also recognition of all employees’ participation in the management of an organization.
